"I am writing this letter in support of Nick Weaver being granted his state contractors license. Nick has performed work for me on multiple occasions. The work included the installation of two motorized lift/track systems for use by our son who has cerebral palsy.
During all phases of the work Nick was communicative as to work status and any issues that may have arisen. All of his work was done to a very high standard and in the year since the installation there have been zero issues with any of the work performed.
In the rare event that a mechanical issue arose with the track system, Nick was very responsive to our needs and would dedicate whatever time was necessary to research the issue and problem solve it quickly and efficiently as possible. We were very rarely left without a working lift for more than a few hours because Nick would come by, even after his regular work day was over, to repair our system.
We have always been completely satisfied with Nicks work and would not hesitate to utilize him again or recommend him to others."

"On behalf of my family, I want to write and personally thank you for all the fantastic work you and your crew did while installing Jacob’s room lift.
From the very beginning, when we weren't even sure what Jacob needed, you were available to answer questions and provide information. You basically walked us through the bid and approval process with the Regional Center and helped us over every hurdle along the way.
When it finally came time for the installation, both you and your crew Rick and Nick were very professional, arriving on time, being unobtrusive as possible and leaving a clean work area at the end of the day. Every day you gave us a “status report” letting us know how far along you were and what the next phase of installation would be. When the installation was complete you walked us through the inspection of the work and the operation of the lift. You answered all our questions and assured us you would be available for any follow up needs. With that said, the following day, when there was a minor malfunction, you made coming back and fixing it a priority even though we stressed there was no rush.
